Full Service Lawn Maintenance

We offer weekly or bi-weekly lawn care service for residential homeowners. This includes: mowing, weed trimming, edging, spot spraying in beds, and blowing of all solid surfaces. Please see the attached document under About/Info for more in depth information. 

Optional service: Broken up into (4) applications or quarterly: trimming and pruning of bushes, shrubs, and other plants that require upkeep. 

 This is an optional service that includes, yearly, or bi-yearly (2) pinestraw, or mulch applications to all property beds. Keep your landscape looking neat and fresh with well kept beds.

Turf program is an optional package that includes the following seven annual (7) applications:   

Two (2) Pre-emergent 

Two (2) Post-emergent 

Two (2) Fertilizer applications 

One (1) Lime application

Add color and interest to your landscape with our seasonal plantings. This optional service is sure to improve curb appeal and includes two (2) applications of seasonal flowers.

Included with all maintenance accounts. This is an inspection that will be performed (3) times a year to ensure proper care and practices are being performed. A document copy will be stored in-house as well as sent to homeowners. Any concerned areas or recommendations for the property will be noted.
